SCOTLAND Reports
Roy Marshall and George Meikle have begun distribution of Seedsowers in Carnock and other villages in Fife with a view to gospel meetings in the future, and would value the prayers of the saints for the Lords blessing and guidance.
St. Andrews: A small team of believers visited the city from 5th-11th August, setting up a bookstall and providing light refreshments in the Gospel Hall kindly granted by the trustees for this purpose. Over 90 individuals heard the Gospel presented in conversation, through reading leaflets, and on CDs with recorded testimonies. A number came for a second and third visit. The travelling people from the Lammas Fair were visited and given copies of Johns Gospel. Some 50-60 children and a number of adults heard the gospel at childrens meetings on the East Sands. We give thanks that a place so privileged over the centuries had yet another opportunity, and we know that God will bless His Word.
East Coast: In August, once again book stalls were set up at the Perth Show and the Kinross Show. These were good opportunities to distribute gospel literature and to engage people in conversation about spiritual things. Holiday Clubs for children were also held during that week of the summer holidays in Abbott Hall, Dunfermline, in Lochee, Dundee, and in St Monans. Good numbers of children and many of their parents were reached in this way at each place. The Innerleven assembly had a week of gospel meetings in July with George Meikle as the preacher. May the "seed" have fallen into "good ground" as a result of all this sowing.
North East: Prayer is requested for gospel meetings due to be held in November at Buckie with Joe Baxter as the preacher, and at Culloden with Ian Jackson.
N. IRELAND Reports

Ballymena (Cambridge Avenue): In order to reach the young people of the town during the school holidays, a number of brethren convened meetings in their private garages. Good numbers attended with interesting contacts. In September, from 18th to 25th, R Plant is expected for childrens meetings in the Gospel Hall. Pray for blessing on the good seed sown.

ENGLAND & WALES Reports
Weymouth and Chickerell: For the first time in 18 years, John Maxwell (from Swindon) was unable to conduct a beach mission on Weymouths beaches. But in the Lords work as one door closes another door of opportunity opens and John was able to concentrate on helping the local assemblies in and around Weymouth. John undertook evangelism work at Bethany Gospel Hall, Weymouth, and door to door work and evangelism at Chickerell Gospel Hall. Homes were visited in the Chickerell area and people were spoken to.
Among those reached at Chickerell were a gypsy family which consisted of a grandmother, grandfather and grandson. These attended the Chickerell Gospel Hall on the Lords Day for the Gospel Meeting. The grandparents also brought along two further grandchildren. Please pray for David, the grandfather who is a believer and also for the grandson James who say he is a believer but is prevented by his father from attending any meetings. David has turned up now on two occasions, please pray that this might continue.
John was also able to distribute tracts at the Weymouth Carnival and had some good personal conversations there. The believers at Weymouth and Chickerell are looking to the Lord for the blessing of Johns efforts in His Service.
